Oliver Heldens & Throttle Give Us What We’ve Been “Waiting” For

Just when I thought I’d maxed out my Christmas wishes, Heldens and Throttle show up at my doorstep with “Waiting” wrapped up immaculately. Fusing Oliver’s piano bassline melodies with Throttle’s energetic disco style, the duo engineers a must-hear dance anthem that must see the inside of clubs all over the world ASAP. Make that volume go north…Houston: the bass is about to leave this atmosphere. Looking forward to some huge releases from Heldeep Records in 2k16.

Zimmer – Escape (ft. Emilie Adams) [JackLNDN Remix]

KFT has been a behind on the JackLNDN bandwagon, but I asked a trusted source… and there indeed room for us to hop on. Zimmer enlisted three talented producers – Superpoze, Durante, and most notably – JackLNDN to give their separate and unique spark to “Escape.”

This remix in particular hit me in the feels with ambient melodies and a real chilling vibe that was easy to latch onto. Pick up your copy below on iTunes, stream on Spotify, listen on Soundcloud, or make it your ringtone. Whatever suits you.

Don Diablo and Khrebto – Got the Love

When you open a song with the heavenly vocals of Florence Welch, ya better follow that intro with some seriously beautiful noise. Thankfully, this jam from the Netherlands native exceeds that expectation. The anthem comes as no surprise at this point – it’s pretty clear Don was put on this earth to make music, and to make it great. Dude signed his first record deal at age 15 and hasn’t looked back since. If you dig his sound…..actually scratch that…SINCE you dig his sound, go check out his latest Hexagon Radio episode for a full hour of his brilliance.

The Magician – Sunlight (ft. Years & Years) [Young Bombs Bootleg]

I think it’s about time these guys nix the “Young” and make their name “The Bomb.” Nothing but ingenuity from the duo over the past few months; but more than that they’ve experimented with various subgenres and it’s easy to say that their dedication to quality dance music has certainly persevered. “Sunlight” has been floating around for quite some time but you’ve never heard it like this.

This Remix Takes Adele’s “Hello” To The Next Level

My only regret at this point is not sharing this track with you when I first stumbled upon it. First of all, shouts to Adele for an incredible comeback vocal performance; 25 is surely going to be something special. This remix though…while everyone was embarking on emotional voyages four days ago with the original’s release, I was bustin’ out dance moves in my 12′ by 12′ jail-cell-of a room. I’m not just talking about lawnmower/sprinkler head kinda stuff…I’m talkin’ like moves that tested the physical limits of my flexibility. That’s how good. Paul Damixie adds just a little extra ‘umph’ to the chorus that quite literally will turn your frown upside down. All the feels right here people all the feels.

Causes – To The River (The Him Remix)

They’re back! Who’s back? Him. Who? Not just any him…..THE Him. I used to always say “there’s something in that Swedish water” back when masterful Swedish producers were popping out of nowhere, but now I’m sensing that this hypothetical river has continued into Holland now. Hailing from Amsterdam, these guys are no strangers to KFT, giving us blissful remix after remix. Instead of undertaking one of the radio’s claimed hits like “I Can’t Feel My Face” or “This Summer’s Gonna Hurt,” the duo sets Causes in its sights–a talented indie group that is also on the rise. The result: Nikky seal of approval.
