Jai Wolf Brings Enough Feels To Last A Lifetime
Jai Wolf breaks his silence by bringing forth what has to be my favorite track of the last few months. It’s astounding that he still has time to produce amidst his jam-packed touring schedule, coast to coast, festival to festival. Sajeeb handles Kiiara’s “Feels” with a dose of his signature emotive synth work served with a side of chopped vocal samples. I employ the word ‘masterpiece‘ very selectively, but I think it just may not do this song justice.
Alizzz – Your Love (Hoodboi Remix)
Just another prime example of why this “future-wave” genre is so versatile. It incorporates trap and dub elements without being confined to those respective bpms. Your friendly neighbor-Hoodboi takes a song I’ve never heard before and breathes energetic life into it with a few resonating, yet twisted synth progressions. Me likey.

Ty Dolla $ign – Blasé (Louis The Child Remix)
LTC hits Ty$ harder than your funny bone hit that countertop coming home blacked out last weekend. The 2015 thug anthem takes on a twisted future disposition that retains it’s “ball-out in a club” nature but with a little extra dancefloor sauce. I hope these guys can handle the camera cuz they’re about to be everywhere.
Don Diablo and Khrebto – Got the Love
When you open a song with the heavenly vocals of Florence Welch, ya better follow that intro with some seriously beautiful noise. Thankfully, this jam from the Netherlands native exceeds that expectation. The anthem comes as no surprise at this point – it’s pretty clear Don was put on this earth to make music, and to make it great. Dude signed his first record deal at age 15 and hasn’t looked back since. The Weeknd – The Hills (RL Grime Remix)
If you haven’t heard The Weeknd’s latest endeavor “Beauty Behind the Madness” you’re living life incorrectly, end of story. “The Hills,” only one of many standout tracks on the project, gets a phenomenal rework by RL Grime, a remix legend. Just when you think it’s gonna be another one of those face-melting trap heaters, he unloads a flurry of guitar-electronica synth work very reminiscent of some Bassnecter fire. Whether you’re working out bi’s and tri’s or shotgunning your fourth beer of the night, this song should become part of your daily ritual.
